ChronoLife.AI is an AI-powered store-building platform operated by Digital Life Tech Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand. The platform allows merchants to create and operate digital storefronts using AI-generated content.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChronoLife.AI. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
To access paid features, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, country, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
By creating an account and accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and will be retained for legal compliance purposes.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no further charges.
We do not offer refunds on setup fees once the store has been generated. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current period but we will not charge you again after cancellation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Ours: The ChronoLife.AI platform, brand, code, and design are the exclusive property of Digital Life Tech Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of our platform.
Yours: You retain full ownership of your business name, product descriptions, and any content you provide. The AI-generated store content is licensed to you for use on your store. You may export and use it freely.
ChronoLife.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for losses arising from system downtime, AI-generated content errors, or third-party service failures (including Stripe or Cloudflare).
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We will delete your account data within 30 days of your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the rights provided by your local consumer protection laws.
This Data Processing Agreement forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service between you ("Data Controller") and Digital Life Tech Limited ("Data Processor"). It applies when you use ChronoLife.AI to operate a store that processes personal data belonging to your customers.
You are the Data Controller: you determine the purposes and means of processing your customers' personal data (names, phone numbers, orders). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect this data and for complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
We are the Data Processor: we provide the technical platform that enables your store to function. We act only on your instructions and do not use your customers' data for any other purpose.
All customer data entered into your store is processed locally in the customer's browser and stored in your device's local storage. It does not transit through or reside on our servers.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the account data we do hold (your name, email, country, and billing records) against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting your account data, we will notify you at your registered email address within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.
For merchants operating in the European Union or United Kingdom: this DPA is intended to satisfy the requirements of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By accepting these terms, both parties agree to the obligations set out in this agreement.
