Billing — to process payments and send receipts via Stripe.
Service communications — to send important updates about your account (not marketing, unless you opt in).

All payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Your credit card number, CVV, and full card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We only store your payment status and invoice records.

Your account data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, distributed globally with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Cloudflare is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are unreadable even by our team.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware.
We use only one functional cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
ChronoLife.AI is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
